A Gmailify alternative: all your mail in one place.
Google is ending Gmailify and Check mail from other accounts in Gmail. Dazr Mail connects your other accounts over IMAP, so you read, search and reply to all of them in one app, in any browser.
Free includes one outside account, such as Gmail. No card needed.
What Google is changing.
In Google’s own words, from its Gmail Help page. Last checked on 19 October 2026.
After the first quarter of 2026, Gmailify and checking mail from other accounts over POP no longer take new users.
If you already use them, Google says they keep working until January 2027.
Check mail from other accounts disappears from Gmail on computers. Gmail no longer fetches mail from other providers over POP.
Forward your other mail to Gmail, add the account to the Gmail app on your phone, or import your old mail once.
Every account, side by side.
Add your other accounts to Dazr Mail and keep each address.
Connect Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, Fastmail or any account with IMAP and SMTP. Switch between them at the top of the sidebar.
What you write goes out through the provider’s own mail server, from that address, so it arrives like before.
Choose how much to copy when you connect: the last 90 days, the last year, or everything.
New mail comes in about every 90 seconds. What you read, star, move or delete in Dazr Mail changes in the other account too.
Search an outside account with the same filters as your Dazr address: sender, dates, attachments.
No app to install. Open Dazr Mail on any computer or phone and all your accounts are there.
Connected in four minutes.

- Sign in to Dazr Mail, or get a free address first.
- In Mail settings, under Account and addresses, press Your mailboxes and pick Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, Fastmail or Other.

- Paste the app password, choose how much old mail to copy and press Connect. The account appears next to your Dazr address.
More than a mailbox.
What you get with Dazr Mail, on your own Dazr address.
Someone who has never written to you lands in Knocks, not in your inbox: text only, with the sender check in plain words.
Ask a question by email and Dazr Mail keeps it in one list until someone answers. A nudge is one click away.
Newsletters, notifications and order confirmations go to Updates and Receipts, right under the Inbox. Your Inbox is the people who write to you.
